Career Change Exploration: Career Assessment + Consult

Craving a change in your career? This is the first step to exploring what else is out there for you.

A successful career change starts with a deep understanding of yourself and the type of work that feels meaningful to you.

A career assessment takes the guesswork of it, providing a comprehensive picture of your strengths, interests, personality type and work style.

A Morrisby Profile assessment goes one step further, providing tailored career suggestions based on these insights – opening up new and exciting career possibilities for you to explore.

You’ll complete the assessment online, in your own time, prior to our session (allow 1 hour 40 minutes) and we’ll go through the results together in our consult.

The assessment can only be administered by a Morrisby-certified practitioner and is always combined with a consult to help you unpack the results and develop a tailored action plan to guide you forward.

You’ll leave the session with a clear roadmap to explore your next career move.

Booking includes:

  • Morrisby Profile career assessment + report

  • 60-minute consultation (in-person at WorkLife in Coledale, NSW or online via Zoom)

  • Preparation of a tailored action plan – sent to you after the session

  • Recommendations for follow-up support, if needed
