My story…
I started my career as a journalist and editor at the biggest magazine publishing houses in Australia, before making the leap to the not-for-profit sector.
Drawing on more than 20 years’ experience, I now work as a consultant primarily with not-for-profit clients to help develop their communications strategies, shape their messaging and bring their stories to the world.
Alongside this, I make a podcast called What She Did Next to help women navigate their career change journeys, which has evolved into an online learning and mentoring platform.
Over the course of my career, I have valued opportunities to work with CEOs, political leaders, celebrities and people on the ground, sharing stories that shine a light on big issues and inspiring people to take action.
I have been part of national and international campaigns relating to children’s rights, gender equality, humanitarian emergencies and our planet.
And I have a strong personal interest in initiatives that celebrate and elevate women of all backgrounds, so that we can continue to change the narrative for women and pave the way for generations to come.
