If you’re at a career crossroads and need clarity on your next steps, a 1:1 Career Clarity Consult will help you untangle a career dilemma, evaluate your options and map out an action plan to move forward.

Typically in a session, we will:

  • Identify the key issues and any beliefs holding you back

  • Deepen self-understanding to inform your career decision-making

  • Explore your career interests and broader goals

  • Develop a tailored plan to guide your next steps

Prior to the session, you’ll be asked to complete a short strengths assessment and reflection activity to guide our discussion. This will ensure we make the most of our time together to focus on your career future.

Booking includes:

  • A 60-minute personalised career counselling session (in person or via Zoom)

  • Pre-work activities completed prior to the session

  • Preparation of a tailored action plan and resources sent to you after the session

  • Recommendations for follow-up support, if needed

  • Check-in email two weeks later
